Black Truffle Mashed Potatoes

This Truffle Mashed Potatoes is sure to be a hit no matter who you make it for. It's extremely rich and creamy, delicious and aromatic, but it also owes you a glass of lovely white wine.

Ingredients:
• 4 pounds small to medium-sized potatoes, peeled
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1/8 teaspoon black truffle oil
• pinch of salt
• black truffle

Method of preparation:
• Bring a large pot of water to boil over high heat. Add the potatoes and cook for 20 minutes. Remove and drain. Chop into smaller chunks and place into a ricer or food mill and puree.
• Gently stir in the butter and drizzle the black truffle oil on top. Add a pinch of salt and black truffle shavings gently stir again to blend well. Serve and enjoy!
