1. Scope
Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Signing a contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the steps provided for this purpose in the ordering process and use the explained correction aids. By clicking on the "Check Out Now" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. When the contract is concluded with us depends on the payment method you have chosen:
- Invoice via Klarna: We accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email or by delivering the goods within two days.
- Apple Pay: During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Apple. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment order to Apple. After placing the order in the shop, we ask Apple to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.
- Credit card: When placing the order, you enter your credit card details and the credit card company will carry out an authorization check. After your legitimation as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be initiated automatically and your credit card will be charged when you place the order. The contract with us is concluded at the time the credit card is charged.
- PayPal: During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment order to PayPal. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.
- Sofort by Klarna: After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH, where you can confirm the payment order. This creates the contract with us.
- Google Pay: During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Google. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment order to Google. 4. Storage of contract text

5. Prices and Deliveries
The prices stated in the online shop are in euros (including statutory VAT).
If an end customer orders a product in more than the usual quantity, SG Natur GmbH reserves the right not to accept a corresponding contract offer and to refuse the delivery. Generally, do not deliver to packing stations.
In the event that we have concluded a congruent hedging transaction in good time and have not been supplied by our contractual partner, we reserve the right not to provide the service owed. In this case, we will inform you immediately about the unavailability of the goods and immediately refund any consideration you have already received.
In the event of delays in delivery due to force majeure, war, supplier strikes or natural disasters, we reserve the right to make up for the delivery immediately after the reason has ceased to exist.
6. Pick up
We only ship via international logistics companies. Self-pickup of the goods is unfortunately not possible.

When purchasing and then shipping goods, we calculate the costs according the country, region, continent, and the order sum.We always ship our items with the best international logistics companies.
We sell and ship all over the world, but have free delivery for:
- Austria - for orders more than 50 Euro;
- EU - for orders more than 100 Euro.
8. Customs
If you order products from SG Natur GmbH for delivery outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are imposed once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional customs clearance charges should be borne by you, we have no control over these charges. Customs regulations vary greatly from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for more information. Also, please note that when ordering from SG Natur GmbH, you are considered an importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you are receiving the products. The protection of your data is important to us, and we would like to draw the attention of our international customers to the fact that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and investigation by customs authorities.
9. Protection of minors
With your order you confirm that you are of legal age in the case of the purchase of alcoholic beverages. The customer must ensure that, in the case of the purchase of alcoholic beverages, he himself or an adult authorized by him accepts the delivery.
If your order includes goods whose sale is subject to age restrictions (e.g. alcoholic beverages), we use a reliable process that includes a personal identity and age check to ensure that the customer has reached the required minimum age. The deliverer hands over the goods only after the age has been checked and only to the customer personally.
10. Warranty/Liability for Defects
The statutory claims apply to all defects occurring during the statutory warranty period of two years.
11. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment. Exceptionally, we are not obliged to deliver the ordered goods if we have correctly ordered the goods on our part, but they have not been delivered correctly or on time (congruent hedging transaction). The premise is that we are not responsible for the unavailability of the goods and that we have informed you of this circumstance immediately. In addition, we must not have assumed the risk of purchasing the goods ordered. In the event of unavailability of the goods, we will immediately refund all payments already made. We do not bear the risk of delivery of ordered goods (delivery risk). This also applies to ordering goods that are described only according to their type and characteristics (generic goods). We are only obliged to deliver goods from our warehouse and the goods ordered by us from our suppliers.

13. Shipping Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. The omission of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
14. Warranty and Guarantees

15. Responsibility
The supplier is liable to the customer in all cases of contractual and non-contractual liability for intent and gross negligence according to the statutory provisions for compensation or reimbursement of unnecessary expenses.
16. Cancellation policy
The customer may, if he is a consumer, withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the ordered goods without giving reasons within the meaning of §5eKSchG., it being sufficient for the goods or the written declaration of refusal to be sent within the specified period. The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to unused or unopened goods, which must be returned to us immediately in perfect condition. 17. Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. SG Natur GmbH owns the copyright to all images, films and texts published on the chefgourmetbynature.at website. Any use of images, films and texts is not reproduced without the express consent of SG Natur GmbH.
20. Final provisions
Contracts between SG Natur GmbH and you will be governed exclusively by Austrian law to the exclusion of the provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG, "UN Sales Convention"). The mandatory provisions of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected by the choice of law.
