Distinguishing features: This is the so-called black summer truffle. The outside is covered with warts, a beige core with veins of white marble. Its aroma is very different and delicate, slightly nutty. With its delicacy, it can turn ordinary dishes into culinary delights.
Storage:
It is desirable to store them in a refrigerator at a temperature of 2 to 4 degrees, wrapped in absorbent paper. With proper storage, it can last 10-15 days. Before use, wash with a brush under running cold water. Dry well and grate over your dish.
