Pizza Classica

Everyone knows the Pizza Margherita. Because it is the typical pizza of Neapolitan cuisine and as simple as it is ingenious. With our Bruschetta Classic spice and Sugo alla Napoletana we give the whole thing a new KICK! Just try it.

Ingredients for the pizza dough:

  • 500g flour
  • 1 cube Germ
  • 250ml lukewarm water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pinch sugar


Ingredients for the topping:

  • 1 x Sugo Napoletana
  • 2-3 tbsp Bruschetta classic
  • at will Mozzarella
  • at will basil
  • at will Extra Virgin Truffles Olive Oil


Method of preparation:
Put the flour on the work surface and make a well in the middle. Put the salt and olive oil into this hollow and crumble in the fresh yeast. Add a dash of lukewarm water so that the yeast can dissolve. Cover the yeast with some flour and let it rise for a few minutes.
Then add the remaining water and knead everything into a dough. Place in a bowl and let rise at room temperature for about 1 hour.
Then place the pizza dough on the floured work surface and knead well again.
Divide the dough in half and roll out with a rolling pin.
Place the rolled out dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Moisten 2-3 tablespoons of Bruschetta Classic with a little water, allow to swell and mix with the Sugo alla Napoletana
Now spread the refined tomato sauce on the pizza dough and cover with mozzarella.
Put the pizza in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Serve and enjoy!
