This super creamy porcini risotto is quick, easy and damn delicious. You don't need our porcini mushroom risotto, Parmesan and a good shot of white wine and the risotto tastes just like from your favorite Italian restaurant.
Ingredients:
- 1 x Porcini mushroom risotto
- 100ml white wine or red wine
- 750-850ml lukewarm water
- 1 teaspoon butter
- at will Parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch Salt
Method of preparation:
Contents of the glass (for 3-4 people) - risotto - sweat briefly in a saucepan with olive oil and butter,
Deglaze with red wine or white wine and pour in 750-800ml of cold water.
Stir constantly with a cooking spoon and cook for approx. 18 minutes.
Finish the risotto with some cold butter, salt and Parmesan cheese.
