A nice light & delicious appetizer - Ideal for hot summer days! Using our Truffle vinegar and Extra Virgin oils is a pleasure that is unmistakable.
Ingredients:
- 1 x buffalo mozzarella
- 6x tomatoes
- 1 x Bunch of basil
- at will salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Truffle Balsamic Vinegar
Method of preparation:
Cut the buffalo mozzarella into thin slices.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices as well.
Arrange the tomatoes and mozzarella alternately on a plate.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Truffle Balsamic Vinegar and garnish with basil.
